AQ Technology Partners is a software-focused investment bank headquartered in Silicon Valley. We are seeking several interns to join our investment banking team focusing on M&A, growth equity, and strategic advisory for high growth and mature software companies in our Redwood City, CA office.

AQ is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals possessing demonstrated academic achievement as well as leadership, organizational and teamwork skills. 

Day-to-day activities will vary but may include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, participating in the development of client presentations and interactions with senior bankers. The ability to create innovative solutions, articulate complex ideas and adapt to a rapidly changing environment is essential. Successful interns will have the ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Outstanding academic achievement
  • Superior work ethic, self starter attitude, eagerness to learn
  • Preference for major or demonstrated interest in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics or have self-studied
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • The ability to create innovative solutions, articulate complex ideas and adapt to a rapidly changing environment is essential
  • Interns must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
