Program Description:
The Evercore Financial Sponsors Group Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program designed to provide highly motivated undergraduates with experience in Evercore’s strategic advisory business. The Program seeks intelligent, mature individuals with the drive to work in a fast paced environment.
The Financial Sponsors Group develops and maintains relationships with a broad set of alternative asset managers on a global basis. The group works closely with industry and product partners to deliver thoughtful and creative solutions to clients, who include many of the world’s leading alternative asset managers — from private equity, credit managers and special situation investors to family offices, hedge funds, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. The group is part of Evercore’s investment banking and advisory business. It is a key strategic priority for the firm which continues to experience significant growth and has hired a number of leading professionals over the past few years.
As part of the team, individuals will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: creating materials for pitches and other meetings; analyzing portfolio companies and capital structures, deal activity, and corporate filings; building relationships with internal and external clients; constructing and managing internal databases. The role will involve communicating and coordinating with members of the broader Evercore team in strategic advisory (both Industry and Product groups).

Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $120,000
